500g Bite Size Chunks of Lamb Leg
5 Large Carrots (roasted whole until soft)
Salt
200g Plain Flour
100ml Warm Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Remove meat and carrots from the skewers, fold the flat bread over the meat and carrot, and serve with a mint and garlic yoghurt.
