Boneless Lamb Leg Skewers with Flatbreads

Made by local Christian Ørner, Private Chef at SALT Cø. in Dorset. Juicy, flavourful lamb skewers served on top of flatbreads.

Ingredients

  • 500g Bite Size Chunks of Lamb Leg

  • 5 Large Carrots (roasted whole until soft)

  • Salt

  • 200g Plain Flour

  • 100ml Warm Water

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Method

Chef's tips

Remove meat and carrots from the skewers, fold the flat bread over the meat and carrot, and serve with a mint and garlic yoghurt.
